Meet our Pack Leaders
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

Owner/Pack Leader
Aiyana (they/them)
For over a decade, I've been living and breathing animal care. From working in shelters and doggie day cares to being a freelance dog walker, I've seen it all. And let's not forget my 20 years of personal experience caring for animals, I've got a wealth of knowledge under my belt!
Through my years of experience, I've come to realize that every pet is unique and deserves personalized attention. That's why I make it my mission to give each and every pet in my care the love and attention they deserve. But my passion for animal care doesn't stop there. I believe that educating pet parents is just as important as taking care of their furry friends.
That's why I'm dedicated to sharing my expertise and knowledge with pet parents to help them build a stronger bond with their pets. I look forward to connecting with you soon!

Manager/Pack Leader
Nikki (she/her)
Hi all, Nikki here!
I officially joined Ziggy and Friends Pet Care in June 2024, starting out with walking your fur babies and hanging out with them overnight. I’ve been caring for dogs and cats for several years and have had several animals growing up and in my own home, ranging from cats, dogs, a snake and a couple of bearded dragons. I worked with all ages; however, my specialty is working with our senior pets.
A few months ago, I took on the role as Mom-ager (Manager). That’s right, I am proud to say that I am Aiyana’s mom, and managing various aspects of the business, such as new client contact, Meet and Greets and team support, just to name a few, all while doing walks, cat visits and overnights. I am honored to be a part of this company and team and look forward to connecting with you.

Sam (they/she/he)
Hey hey, I’m Sam! I graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Technology in 2012. I have worked at humane societies, pet clinics, and even pet emergency hospitals. In that time, I’ve had extended education in physical therapy, worked alongside a veterinary acupuncturist, a bully breed trainer, as well as, internal medicine doctors and exotic pet specialists. I offer care, compassion and understanding when it comes to your unique pet (in whatever form). I also enjoy painting and drawing. So, if you would like a pet portrait, let me know!

Pack Leader
Gilbert (they/she/he)
Growing up around animals, I’ve always had a soft spot for every furry (and not-so-furry) friend. From cats to dogs to guinea pigs, my family always had more furbabies than kids running around. Today, my husband and I have our own little duo, Bailey, my chatty diva, and Hylia, my sweet old lady. Over the years, I’ve come to love how unique each pet’s personality is, and I bring that same appreciation to every walk, visit, and sleepover, taking the time to understand what makes each pet feel comfortable and cared for.
Whether I’m helping refocus and calm a reactive dog, slowing down with a senior pup, or simply making a new furry friend, I lead with patience, empathy, and a genuine love for what I do. I’m not just here to take ol’ Rufus for a walk. I’m here to give you peace of mind and, hopefully, become a friend to both you and your furry family along the way.

Pack Leader
Anna (she/her)
Hello pet parents! I am a photography student at CU Denver, but animals have always been my number one passion. I grew up with a variety of pets, but mostly dogs, and even was involved with horses for a while. Most of the work I’ve had has also been about caring for animals, and I’ve loved every minute of it. I have two large, high energy dogs of my own who I love more than anything, so I am no stranger to going the extra mile (figuratively and literally) to meet every need of an animal. I’m very excited to use all my experience to connect with your pet and give them the best possible care!

Pack Leader
Isa (she/her)
Hi, I’m Isa! I’m currently studying healthcare at Metro and play on the soccer team. At home, I’m a proud dog parent to Luna and Dash, who keep me on my toes. I absolutely love dogs and spending time outdoors—whether it’s hiking, exploring, or simply soaking up nature. I recently started snowboarding, and it’s been an exciting new adventure! I can’t wait to bring my energy and love for animals to every moment I spend with your pets.

Pack Leader
Claudia (she/her)
Hi there, I’m Claudia! I currently work as a vet assistant and am on my way to earning my Colorado veterinary license. When I’m not at the clinic, I’m out walking my adventure-loving cat, GD, even on the coldest days! I’m passionate about animal care, love being outdoors, and thrive on staying active. With a strong background in veterinary work and a whole lot of heart, I’m ready to give your pets attentive, upbeat, and reliable care every time.

Pack Leader
Atlas (they/them)
Hi, I'm Atlas! I have worked as a bather/groomer, dog sitter/walker, and have held multiple positions at boarding and daycare facilities. After working in this field for 10+ years, I am fluent in canine behavior and body language. I have worked primarily with reactive dogs, senior pups and stigmatized breeds. I aim to care for my clients' pets in the same way I care for my own spoiled fur baby, Disco Brisket. I am patient, compassionate, and obsessed with giving your pet a stress free experience! I strive to bring parents peace of mind while separated from their pets, knowing that I am certified in canine and small animal CPR and first aid. I can't wait to become your best friend's second best friend
