Should you prefer an alternative form of payment, such as Cash, Check, PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle. Please note that an additional finance charge of 20% per month will be added to unpaid balances after thirty days. The pricing is subject to change.

Our availability is 7 days a week from 7am to 7pm. However, if you wish to book outside of business hours (excluding Overnights), an $8 surcharge will be applied.

We will always strive to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability!

Leash Rules
It is our policy to prohibit dogs under our supervision from roaming freely without a leash, except for authorized visits to dog parks. It is also important to note that we cannot assume responsibility for any harm or injury that may befall indoor/outdoor cats, including failure to return home.

Keys/Access Codes
For individuals with a coded entry, it is imperative that the codes are active and functional prior to any scheduled visits. It is also advisable to have a contingency plan in place for instances when technology malfunctions. In the absence of a coded entry, kindly provide a lock box containing two (2) copies of your key(s). One copy will be retained in the lock box, while the other will be kept in a secure, locked safe and only utilized in emergency situations. If desired, a lock box rental can be arranged for a fee of $20, which will be refunded upon the return of the lock box in good, working condition.

Administering Medication
Please be advised that although we are happy to offer medication for your pets, we are not licensed veterinary care professionals. We are capable of caring for diabetic pets, provided they are in a stable condition and accurate dosing instructions are provided. We will make every effort to administer the necessary medications to your pet(s). However, if your pet(s) refuse to cooperate, a surcharge will be applied for transportation to a veterinary clinic and for veterinary administration of medications. If your pet(s) continue to resist medication, I may need to leave them with the veterinary clinic, and a credit card must be left on file. Any pets that refuse to eat, drink, or take medication will be transported to a veterinary clinic at the expense of the Pet Parents.

Emergency Pet Care Policy
In the event of your pet falling ill or experiencing a medical emergency, if the designated veterinarian is unavailable, your pet will be taken to the nearest veterinary clinic or emergency veterinary clinic. Efforts will be made to contact you, but if unreachable, please grant permission to authorize any necessary care for your pet's health, safety, and survival. The Pet Parent will be responsible for reimbursing all additional fees and costs associated with veterinary care during your absence. (Pet Power of Attorney is available).
Inclimate Weather
In the event of inclement weather and hazardous road conditions, our visits may be abbreviated. While ensuring the complete care of your pets, personal safety is of utmost importance. If conditions permit, we will proceed with a potty break, but results cannot be guaranteed.
Please arrange for the clearance of your driveway and pathways to ensure safe entry. In the event of Denver Public Schools' closure due to extreme weather, our services will also be suspended.

*No cancellation charge will occur on days when Denver Public Schools are closed due to bad weather.*
